JBZ-OCM12 High-speed Tea Coffee Cup Machine is expert in producing tea and coffee paper cups. It has utilized modern technologies like gear driven system instead of traditional chain transmission. This machine can produce cold beverage and ice cream cups of both Single and double PE coated types.
The knurling system while adding bottom of cups makes the bottom sealing quality better and reduces the probability of leakage. The entire procedure including Silicone oil lubrication, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, bottom pre-folding, bottom knurling, top curling, and cup discharging can be handled by the machine in different steps.
